The TZIGANE series was directly inspired by Ravel's epochal Rhapsody of the same name for its rich, mellow, saturated sound with an overlay of sensual warmth.
Quick to play and eminently playable, with excellent focus and projection.
The strings are offered in two tensions: medium and strong. The strong tension version offers the most volume and resistance to the bow and is the ideal choice for very bright sounding violins.
The E string is made of a unique carbon steel, while G, D and A are based on a multifilament nylon core.
G and D are wound with precision-rolled pure silver flat wire, while the A string is wound with aluminium.
